I. Introductory Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the rights and obligations between M LOUNGE s.r.o. as the seller and the customer as the buyer when purchasing goods through the online store available at www.dollfurs.cz.

By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with these GTC and agree to them.

II. Information about Goods and Prices

  1. All information about the goods, including prices, is provided in the product detail on the website. Prices are final and include VAT.
  2. The presentation of goods on the website is for informational purposes only. The seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase contract for goods that are sold out or unavailable.
  3. Discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
  4. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
  5. Products marked as “Outlet”, “Sample”, “Showroom piece” or “Sample piece” may show minor signs of use. The warranty for cosmetic defects does not apply to them.

III. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Contract

  1. The buyer places an order using the order form.
  2. Before submitting the order, the buyer has the opportunity to check and modify the data.
  3. The order is binding when the buyer clicks the "Complete Order" button.
  4. After submitting the order, the buyer will receive confirmation of its receipt. The purchase contract is concluded only after the seller's subsequent order confirmation.
  5. If the seller cannot deliver some items, the buyer will be informed and offered an alternative option.

IV. Payment Terms

The buyer can pay for the order in the following ways:

  • online by card,
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay,
  • cash on delivery (if available).

The purchase price is payable before the goods are shipped, unless it is cash on delivery.

V. Delivery of Goods

  1. Goods are delivered via carriers listed on the website.
  2. The shipping cost will be displayed in the order.
  3. The buyer is obliged to accept the shipment.
  4. If the buyer does not accept the shipment without prior agreement, a contractual penalty corresponding to the actual costs incurred for transport, packaging, and administration may be charged.

VI. Custom Products and Modifications

  1. Every Doll Furs product is hand-sewn and custom-made for each customer.
  2. Due to handmade production and the nature of natural materials, details, fur texture, and exact shades may vary — these deviations are not defects.
  3. Delivery time is not guaranteed. The usual time is 2–6 weeks, but it may vary due to factors such as material availability, seasonal demand, or production capacities.
  4. By submitting the order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that the exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed, and this fact is not a reason to withdraw from the purchase contract.
  5. Products manufactured or modified to order (including length adjustments, narrowing, widening, size changes, personalization, or other modifications) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  6. It is not possible to withdraw from the contract or request a refund for any custom or individually modified item.

VII. Withdrawal from the Contract

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (this does not apply to businesses).
  2. Withdrawal is not possible  for:custom production (fur products)individually modified goods,goods purchased on sale marked as “Sample”, “Showroom piece”, “Outlet”. 
  3. Goods must be returned undamaged, unworn, in their original packaging, and with tags.

VIII. Complaints

  1. The seller is responsible for defects according to the Civil Code.
  2. The period for making a complaint is 24 months, unless otherwise stated.
  3. Complaints do not apply to:damage caused by weather (rain, snow, humidity),neglected maintenance,mechanical damage,normal wear and tear. 
  4. Fur coats and furs require special care – the buyer acknowledges that irregular or improper maintenance can irreversibly damage the product.

IX. Delivery

  1. All communication takes place via email.

X. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

  1. Consumers can contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority or use the EU ODR platform.

XI. Intellectual Property Protection

  1. All photos, product descriptions, videos, graphics, and texts on the DollFurs.cz website are the property of the seller. Any copying is prohibited.

XIII. Consent to Custom Production and Inability to Withdraw

  1. By submitting and paying for the order, the buyer expressly confirms that they have been informed that all Doll Furs coats are handmade, custom-made, and tailored to a specific customer.
  2. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that due to individual production, it is not possible to withdraw from the purchase contract, request a refund, or exchange the goods for another model or size.
  3. The buyer confirms that they understand that the exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed, and this fact is not a reason for withdrawal from the contract, refund, or any compensation.
  4. The buyer also confirms that all custom modifications (including changes in size, length, cut, personalization, or other adjustments) make the product a non-returnable and non-exchangeable original piece.
  5. By submitting the order, the buyer confirms their agreement with all provisions of these GTC and confirms that they have been duly informed of their content.

XIV. Final Provisions

  1. Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
  2. The seller may update the GTC; the new version becomes effective upon its publication on the website.

These General Terms and Conditions become effective on: 24 November 2025
